Return/Exchange Policy

Merchandise purchased online is acceptable for exchange, refund, or store credit when is it returned to Yanina & Co. with the official tags, receipt, boxes, official paperwork(such as certification and/or invoice) and a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers are provided when calling Yanina & Co. at 800-780-3433. Merchandise will be refused without return authorization number.

The customer is responsible for cost of shipping to Yanina & Co headquarters when returning or exchanging merchandise.

Customers will be given a full refund within 10 days from the date the merchandise was received by the customer. Refund does not include the cost to ship the item back to Yanina & Co. Refund does not include shipping charges to customer. Please permit 30 days to receive refunds in the form of how the merchandise was purchased.

Online merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 25 days of purchase date.

There are no refunds or exchanges if merchandise has been worn, altered, custom made, or sized. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
